Rebecca B. Clark (Becky) is a respected consultant with proven expertise in career counseling and job search strategy. She has extensive consulting experience with thousands of hours of coaching, training and facilitating to her credit.

She has been involved in the field of career planning and development for over 25 years, coaching and counseling individuals of all ages and stages in their careers. She has assisted recent college graduates and young professionals as they seek to begin their careers, and managers and executives in their career and job transitions.

She is adept at all phases of career planning and job search strategy, including assessment, developing  career strategies, decision making, communication and interview preparation, job search techniques, negotiation, and offer analysis.

Becky was a pioneer coach in the Dallas/Fort Worth region, and has coached individuals from most industries, including banking/financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, food service, and transportation. She has assisted professionals from many career fields to find their work passion.

Additionally, Becky has had a long association with SMU, career counseling both graduate and undergraduate students, as well as working with business professionals in the Advanced Leadership Development course.

Becky’s clients rely upon her focus on practical solutions and outcomes, ability to establish trusting relationships quickly, and unquestionable ethics and integrity. She has earned the respect of countless managers and executives as a result of keen insight, direct and honest feedback, the wisdom of experience, and sound judgment.

Professional accreditation includes a Master of Education in Counseling from George Mason University, a Bachelor of Science with honors from University of Tennessee, and she is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. Recently she has taken numerous graduate courses at Southern Methodist University. Becky has received achievement awards from two prior employers. Previous employers include the SMU Career Center and Executive Education Center, Reedie and Company (executive outplacement and coaching specialists), and Hewitt Associates (human resource consultants).
